<p>Comment préparer un repas savoureux en limitant les matières grasses saturées et l&#8217;apport en sel??</p>
<p>Ces légumes farcis ont été confectionnés avec de la viande de boeuf hachée et une part de porc maigre hachée également , pour donner de la saveur nous avons ajouté du pain d&#8217;épices dans la farce ( goût donc plus marqué grâce aux épices ) , la viande a été préalablement revenu avec des oignons dans une petite quantité d huile d&#8217;olive ( acides gras mono-insaturés) , le jus des tomates ( un peu tôt dans la saison certes !!) a ajouté du moelleux à la préparation &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>En entrée : le plein de vitamines avec un taboulé auquel nous avions ajouté une bonne quantité de persil et de menthe, du citron ( Bio)  coupé en minuscules morceaux puis le jus de 3 citrons &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;., du poivron et aussi un peu de tomates . Pour la couleur aussi &#8230;..quelques olives noires &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p>-Mangez assis(e) dans le calme - sans télévision, bruit , conversation, ordinateur - Soyez pleinement centrée sur le fait de manger.</p>
<p>-Mâchez les aliments ( et oui , on avait l&#8217;habitude d&#8217;entendre cela quand nous étions enfants !!) Le stress et la pression du quotidien nous pousse à manger vite &#8230;.et souvent en faisant autre chose &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Alors on lève le pied, on change de rythme, c&#8217;est un moment pour &#8220;soi&#8221;,  un instant de <strong>détente </strong>et</p>
<p>-Nous dégustons , essayez de sentir puis de &#8220;goûter &#8221; les aliments , de repérer leur saveur , salée ,sucrée , amère , acide , unami ( saveur liée aux plats japonais )</p>
<p>- Laissez venir vos &#8220;émotions alimentaires&#8221;, faim, plaisir , satisfaction de se mettre à table , rassasiement &#8230;..</p>
<p>-Réduire la consommation de chaque aliment ( cela se fera plus facilement en prenant le temps de &#8220;savourer&#8221; son repas comme indiqué au dessus)</p>
<p><strong>-Et jeter les restes</strong> &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;même si cela vous paraît &#8220;non responsable&#8221; &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Vous ne changerez pas le monde , modifiez plutôt vos quantités préparées &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.la prochaine fois pour ne rien avoir à mettre dans la poubelle à la fin du repas .</p>
<p>-Débarrassez, faites votre rangement &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..et quittez la pièce OU la cuisine si vous êtes chez vous &#8230;</p>
